   We operate this B2B website to provide global clients with consultation, quotation, customization, wholesale and export services of nitrogen shock absorbers for off-road vehicles and RVs. Our factory covers over 6,000 square meters with independent R&D and production capacity, adopting top-tier international core components including Japan NOK, Germany FUCHS and UK Hallite. All customized solutions are designed per your vehicle parameters and business demands.
3. User Responsibilities
   You shall provide authentic, accurate company, contact and vehicle customization information when sending inquiries or placing orders. You are prohibited from misusing our website for illegal activities, copying our product images, technical drawings and website content for commercial counterfeiting, or spreading false information about our shock absorber products.
4. Quotation & Order Rules
   All quotations sent via email GSAI2026@outlook.com are valid for 7 working days only, subject to raw material price fluctuation.
   An official order takes effect only after we receive your deposit and signed purchase order. Customized shock absorbers produced to exclusive specs cannot be canceled once production begins.
   Minimum order quantity applies for bulk wholesale export orders, and we will clearly mark MOQ in each formal quotation.
5. Payment, Shipment & Inspection
   Payment methods and Incoterms (EXW/FOB/CIF etc.) are confirmed in proforma invoices signed by both parties. Import duties, local taxes and destination logistics fees shall be borne by buyers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   We provide pre-shipment test reports, product photos and video inspection for all orders before delivery. Estimated lead time will be notified upon order confirmation, while delays caused by force majeure or logistics issues shall not be our liability.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
   All texts, product photos, technical parameters, factory images, logos and design drawings displayed on https://gs4x4.com are exclusive intellectual property of Guangdong Jiesai Shock Absorber Co., Ltd. 7. Warranty & After-Sales Boundary
   Standard factory warranty covers manufacturing defects within agreed service period, only for products installed following official technical guidelines.
   Damage caused by improper installation, overloading, artificial modification, daily wear and tear or off-road extreme abuse is not covered by free warranty service. All after-sales applications must be submitted to GSAI2026@outlook.com with order number and defect evidence within 14 working days after receiving goods.
