1. Applicable Scope
   This return and refund policy applies to all nitrogen shock absorber wholesale and customized orders purchased through gs4x4.com, including off-road and RV shock absorber products customized according to client parameters. Mass customized special-spec products follow extra customized terms stated in sales contracts.
2. Free Return & Refund Eligibility
   We accept full refund or free re-production if delivered products have factory production defects, inconsistent core configurations (NOK/FUCHS/Hallite parts mismatch) or fail our standard performance test.
   You must send defect photos, test videos and order number to GSAI2026@outlook.com within 7 working days after receiving goods to apply for after-sales support. We bear round-trip logistics cost for confirmed factory defective items.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
   Custom-made shock absorbers produced strictly per your personalized vehicle parameters cannot be returned or refunded unless there are factory quality defects.
   Products damaged by improper installation, off-road overloading, human modification or long-term outdoor abrasion are not eligible for return, exchange or compensation.
   Bulk orders without quality issues requested to cancel after production starts will incur 30% raw material loss fee as agreed.
4. Return Processing Steps
   Submit after-sales application with order ID and product defect evidence to official email GSAI2026@outlook.com;
   Our technical team reviews your application within 48 hours and send confirmed after-sales solution;
   For eligible returns, we provide designated receiving address, and arrange refund or remanufacture after goods inspection at our Huizhou factory.
5. Time Limit
   All return requests must be raised within 14 working days after customers sign for shipments. Overdue applications will not be accepted without special written agreement.
